RETURN & REPAIR

  • FOR EMILI JEWELLERY ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. EMILI WILL ACCEPT FULL PRICED, UNWORN MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT ONLY.

  • MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER.

  • MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN, IN NEW CONDITION, WITH NO DAMAGES.

  • ALL EARRINGS AND PERSONALIZED PIECES ARE FINAL SALE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

  • MERCHANDISE THAT IS RECEIVED WITH ANY DAMAGES MAY BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF RETURN.

  • EMILI MUST AUTHORIZE ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS RECEIVED WILL BE DENIED AND ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

    HOW TO RETURN / REPAIR

  • APPROVED RETURNS ARE ONLY VALID WITHIN 30 DAYS BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.

  • ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED UPON CURRENT STOCK CONFIRMATION. SHOULD THE ITEM NOT BE IN STOCK, A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

  • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED AFTER THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

  • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
